Getting started
Choose a practice in Explore or start the one-minute Quick Reset from Today. Follow the visual guide at a comfortable pace. You can change sounds, voice cues and haptics in Settings. The app includes four free practices; Premium unlocks the full library and additional features.
Restore Premium
If you previously subscribed, use Restore in the purchase screen. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase. An internet connection is required to load current subscription options and restore purchases.
Cancel or manage a subscription
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or open subscription settings. Apple handles payments and cancellations. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For an eligible refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
Health access is optional. Enable it in Breathe Settings and choose which Health data to share. Some insights require records already available in Apple Health and will remain empty when there is insufficient data. The Apple Watch companion offers a short breathing practice and displays Pufi’s status from your paired iPhone. Widgets can show Pufi and open a quick practice.
Safe practice
Breathe is a general wellness app, not a medical device or a treatment. Use a comfortable pace and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. Follow each practice’s safety instructions. Do not perform breath holds or intensive breathing while driving, in water or where fainting could be dangerous. Ask a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you.
