White Border — Support
Add clean borders to photos without cropping the original image. White Border is an iPhone app by Roman Ventskus.
For help, email scofield665@gmail.com with “White Border” in the subject. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and a description of the problem. Please do not send passwords, card details or private photos.
Frame and export a photo
Choose photos, adjust Border and Format, or select Classic, Gallery or Midnight in Styles. Changes apply to the whole series. Tap Save to add the current image to Photos, or use the arrow beside Save to share one photo or export the series. Originals remain unchanged.
Free photos and Pro
The first 10 successful photo exports are free. Every photo in a batch counts separately. Cancelled or failed exports do not use the allowance. The allowance is stored locally for this installation. Editing and the three built-in styles remain available after the allowance is used.
Pro unlocks unlimited exports and saved custom styles. Monthly and annual plans provide the same Pro features. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible subscribers; the monthly plan has no introductory trial. Actual prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple.
Restore or cancel a subscription
Open Settings or the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases using the Apple Account used to subscribe. An internet connection is required. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For purchase or refund assistance, visit Apple’s Report a Problem.
Saving or product-loading issues
Check available device storage and Photos permissions in iPhone Settings. If prices do not load, check your internet connection and try again. If restoration fails, verify the Apple Account and that the subscription is active. Contact support if the problem persists.

Первые 10 успешных экспортов фото бесплатны. В серии каждое фото считается отдельно; отмены и ошибки не расходуют лимит. Pro открывает экспорт без ограничений и сохранение своих стилей. У годового плана есть 7-дневный пробный период для пользователей, которым он доступен; у месячного плана триала нет.
Восстановить покупку можно в настройках или на экране Pro. Отмена подписки — в настройках аккаунта Apple. Удаление приложения не отменяет подписку. Фотографии обрабатываются на устройстве; оригиналы не изменяются.
